Information Technology

The Information Technology Department is responsible for:

Managing the city’s critical information systems architecture, network infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, and end user support equipment for all city departments including servers, desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment, and backups
Maintaining city software, associated licenses, and agreements
Managing the city’s GIS system and government/education access channel
Conducting periodic training for all city employees on cybersecurity
