The City of Athens will begin accepting Certificate of Compliance applications for a retail package store starting on Monday, September 8, 2025, through Friday, September 19, 2025.

• Application Period: September 8–19, 2025
• Selection Method: One (1) application will be chosen through a lottery selection process
• Public Hearing & Selection Date: Tuesday, October 21, 2025

All interested applicants must submit their completed applications within the stated period. Late applications will not be considered.
