Public Works
The Public Works Department provides a host of services to maintain the city’s roadway network of streets, rights-of-way, drainage, traffic signals and signs, vehicles, and equipment. This department consists of eight divisions: Administration, Animal Shelter, Fleet Maintenance, Street Cleaning, Street Construction, Street Maintenance, Traffic Control, and the Sanitation Fund.
