Located inside Athens Regional Park - 122 Regional Park Drive
The Conference Center is located inside the Athens Regional Park on Decatur Pike. The facility is available to rent for business meetings, events, receptions, conventions, etc. For more information contact the Recreation Department at 423-744-2704. The fee chart, which includes tables and chairs, is as follows:
- Entire Conference Center $375 per day - accommodates 299 people - 5220 sq ft.
- Main building, excluding classroom, $325 per day - accommodates 160 people - 4360 sq ft .
- Classroom only $20 per hour or maximum of $75 per day - accommodates 56 people - 860 sq ft.
- Plus all rentals are charged a $50 refundable security deposit.
- Half of the rental fee is due at the time of the reservation, as well as the contract.
SMALL CLASSROOM
On the north side of the Conference Center there is a small classroom ideal for small meetings or parties.
LARGE ROOM
The Conference Center has a large meeting room ideal for large parties and luncheons.
